I am thinking about teaching english abroad in China or Spain(they don’t require a 4 year degree) and I will be transferring schools next year in 2009 to complete a program they have online. Will I be able to do my school work through distance learning while in another country? I get to be in another country learning their language while working a full-time job and completing my education. I just want to know that I won’t have any technical difficulties.

Generally speaking, if you wanted to obtain your associates/bachelors degree via online classes.. how does that work? Is it a work at your own pace kind of thing?

Also, what are a few accredited online schools that offer a variety of degrees?

I have a full-time job & a full-time life, so I don’t have the time to attend classes & endure a 4 year + long journey to recieve a degree. I understand that most Online programs take about half the time as actually attending class, but I want to know if the degrees obtained are just as credible.

I travel alot but I am also interested in this career. I want to find an online college that is not a rip-off and has a good reputation.

Okay here’s the deal. I am taking an online college course and my teacher is a complete idiot. I am not saying this because I do not like her or anything like that, but more than once I have proved her wrong along with nearly ever other person in my class. She always grades my papers wrong and has to redo them after she realizes it and then she will submit something to me saying that she is sorry but will still have to take points off because it is a state run online college course and it will look as if she is “giving me a break”. Whatever that means, because I really don’t know. Well I recently turned in this quiz listed below and she gave me a grade of 80. This is not a bad grade I know, but I know the answers I submitted were right as I researched and asked others employed in the profession if my answers were correct. I would like to know your answers and I made a deal with her that if I can get at least 10 other people that do not know my initial answers to the quiz to answer the questions the same way that I did, she will give me a full grade. So thanks in advance!

Specifically looking for programs in the NW

I’m a senior in high school and Im interested in F.I.T. However most of the people i know who apply/attend there are majoring in the art departments of the school. I was just wondering if the advertising/marketing major and programs were any good and what do they entail?

I really want to do something with public relations and I know Marketing is an excellent major and it fits me but Communications, I just can’t let go of that. I’m an excellent public speaker and next year I don’t know if I can deal with the pressure. I am going to be a freshman, so how difficult is it?

I think I’m going to go for a BS in Psychology with 2 minors: Stats & Marketing. Would this be good enough to get into a MMR program?

I would major in Marketing, but I would **** the business core requirements, and my other interest is getting a MS in I/O Psychology, which I would try to minor in Stats & Management instead, if I finally decide.
