I have an employment agency with a lot of clients/employees that seek jobs. But unfortunately I don’t have employers that are hiring. Is there an organization, group, community human services, where a lot of employers gather for meetings, or the like, that I go and meet with them? where can I find employers that are or want to hire Babysitters, Housekeepers, Nanny, Elderly Care whether live-in or live-out? what are the best possible ways of finding this kind of employers? How and where to go to find employers that are or want to hire Security guards/offices, Drivers, Receptionist etc. Please do say craigslist, sittercity or any of the online website market because they all want you to apply online and their information is either inaccurate or incomplete, Like (they only write down their fax number and say please fax resume and they don’t even reply back) and i don’t understand what resume we should fax when the person want to work as a Driver or a Security; for example? all the poor guy needs is a Guard card.Please point me to the right direction, im in Los Angeles, and let me mention money is not a problem for anything that you might comment that will be the best way to get employer or as they call it employer contracts. I do not charge anything to the employer, we charge the client. the employer saves time, money by not doing any advertising and having an employee at his/her fingertips in a timely manner, and increases credit in recognition. I mostly need people who want to hire babysitters, elderly care, live-in/live-out. Security jobs, and drivers. please tell me the best ways to try and places to attend or go to meet with people and offer them my services.
