I pay $1 per month for not being listed in the regular ATT white pages. I’m also in the do-not-call list and I’ve removed my name from the marketing list of all credit agencies.
Nevertheless, I found my name, address, phone number in whitepages.com, in addresses.com and certainly it’s also listed elsewhere.

How can I once and forever block the listing of my info?

I have been using wi fi for a while now and i used wep for 7 months and airsnort can ***** wep in a second with 5 million packets, to tell you the truth it would take me 3 weeks to generate 5 million packets of information. So I am reading
up on the best way to secure my information being sent in
air waves. and did you guys now that mac filtering doesnt do
anything and that disabling ssid broadcast actually increases
your security because with some program an attacker can
see whenever you go online and eavesdrop on your activity.
Also some really good antennas on the market can get an
access points signal from even a mile away, thats crazy
and I cant believe how many morons dont even secure there
networks even wep can offer protection but you should see
how dumb in my neibourhood some people are. So the best
and only sure way to really secure my network is to use wpa
TKIP ( its the best i can get) and use a 30-40 digit passphrase
with number and symbols.

So I have a roommate that i know uses my internet while i pay for it in full. I’m not the type of person to confront things to people so I want to know how i can keep him from using my internet for free while i can do it still. I was thinking about putting a password for the internet but i don’t know how. Can anyone help me?

Even after closing internet explorer, the windows task manager will still indicate it running as a process. So even while it is closed, it will occasionally open up pop-up ads and slow down my computer. I want to not have it running at all in any way shape or form unless I choose to open it (which i likely wont since firefox is the superior browser). I am considering just removing it entirely from my computer if i cant find a good solution.

I have 3 user accounts for Internet Explorer. One of them, used by a minor, is a limited account. I have blocked certain pages I don’t want him visiting thru Content Advisor, which I have set a password for. This works great for the limited account, but it also affects my full access “computer administrator” account by putting the same restrictions on my account.
I know I can override the blocked pages by putting in my password, but I’d rather not if I don’t have to. But if I set content advisor for one account, it is enabled for all the accounts, no matter what type it is.
How can I set content advisor on one account only?

I just got a mac laptop and I have a pc and it is wireless home internet, I need my password to get on my internet but I forgot it. I used it before to get the internet on my wii and psp but I did it a long time ago. Right now I’m using my neighbors internet. So how can I get my password for the internet?

To see how they rank, to see if people have had problems with them, fraud investigation, etc?

Sometimes, I find web pages which I believe, from clues in the text, are not the original production of the alleged author. It would be interesting, and sometimes, of value, to detect whether my suspicions are correct. For that I need an online tool for detecting plagiarism. The tools on offer at the moment do not satisfy my requirement. Or I haven’t as yet found exactly what I am looking for…
