I want a blackberry curve from verizon that I would order off ebay, but I will not use the internet service and I don’t want to pay for something i won’t use. How can I still have the blackberry without the internet on it?

I am doing some market research on how and what people think of ebay in relation to these three questions.

1. Disadvantages and advantages from the buyers and sellers perspective using internet auctions like ebay.

2. Will ebay continue to make significant retail sales ?

3. What are ebays competive advantages compared to its main competition such as amazon.com.

My mom collects a certain brand of antique china. Back in the day, it was pretty hard to find; she’d scour the antique malls and flea markets and be thrilled to find even one piece. It took her years to build her collection.

Now that everyone’s online, sites like ebay make it much easier to find. And with so many pieces available, the prices have dropped from what she used to pay in a shop. That’s a good thing, in a way… but it’s kinda taken the fun out of it. There’s no longer that “thrill of the hunt” that made her hobby so much fun.

Has anyone else found this to be the case?

I have written a book about football pass receiving, aimed at junior and senior high school students. The book teaches techniques and skills that will improve the success of any pass reciever. It would be useful for players, coaches and parents who want to help their child improve his skills. The book is currently available on eBay, but I feel that there is a better market . It is available on cd and also downloadable. I would like to find an online market for my book through advertising or consignment. Any suggestions?

This really isn’t a -work at home- question, but my husband teaches preschool and he gets checks in the summer but he gets pretty bored and would like some extra income. We are considering making an Online store/selling things on Ebay for more of a hobby/extra cash.

Anyone have any ideas on what’s fun and not hurting your bank account to start doing/selling? Any candle-selling companies, make-up, anything else out there that is enjoyable, yet profitable?

I have been buying/selling tack & horse equipment on Ebay for many years, but now, I am becoming disgruntled with their high fees.

I want to get a blackberry and i was planning on getting it off ebay and activating it at home but my internet is blocked on my current phone. When i activate the blackberry will it still require me to have internet even when the internet is already blocked. My carrier is verizon.

I am a British National now settled in USA on an H4. I understand that I cannot take up an employment on my visa status. However is it possible for me to do an online business(viral marketing , adsense, affiliate programming, ebay) and get paid through paypal/direct deposit into my British Bank account . Would this mean that I am then earning in UK and not USA, as the internet could be considered a global market.
I donot expect to make more than 1000 dollars per month and I would be giving taxes from my earnings to the Inland Revenue in UK.
