If it were down to IIT versus, say, Emerson College, which Marketing Communications program would you pick? How good would career options be after graduating from Illinois Institute of Tech with an MS in Marketing Communications?

I went to a nutritionst for weight loss, depression issues, and a lack of energy. Then to my surprise, through hard work & will-power I lost 30 lbs and went from a size 16 to a 6. I love this program and I am very passionate about pursuing my own career. I was such a junk food lover it is hard to beleive I really lost all my cravings for “all the bad stuff”.

A friend has recommended me for a position that’s grade level 26 and another that is grade level 28. She knows what the pay range for those positions is in her field, but not for marketing communications jobs. The application asks the dreaded question “What salary do you require in this position?” and I don’t want to put myself too high or too low.

for uni, we need to write a huge essay on an organisation whose marketing communications appear problematic. I can’t think of one. We need to write about WHY it’s problematic and how to improve it, but I just can’t think. Any ideas?
