I work at an Online Marketing agency, in the UK. I like it, but I **** having to work for some else. Plus everyone chats a lot at work when I really need to concentrate to get the job done.

I have been trying to make my fortune online for a while. Tried selling things on eBay, affiliate marketing through Google AdWords, selling information products on ebay, and finally, creating an information website. I have much hope for my latest venture.

I often work 1-2 hours on my side projects during week days before or after work. I am dedicated, and I believe it will eventually bring me and my family a lot of freedom.

Currently, I am thinking of quitting my job. It is causing me a lot of stress due to the fact I am asked to do a lot of work, while the working environment is totally disruptive with everyone constantly talking.

So, coming to my question, what job can I do that requires very little work? so I can bring in my laptop and concentrate on making my money online.

To clarify, the reason I want to do this is to pay the rent and bills while developing my online business.

I am not looking to NOT do my work at a job. I am simply looking for a job that requires little work.

I know its possible to make serious money online, but for now I need to keep my day job. I am wondering where I can study Online Marketing? any suggestions?

We worked with one major company so far and our work was featured on one of the major online marketing publications. Although this is still minor, we are a really small rich-media design boutique, I feel confident about our group’s skills and really want to grow. So we look to rich out to more clients. Is it a common practice to look for marketing executives’ contacts on major web sites and reach out to them with direct service offers? For me this sounds like a little too harsh type of contact, but are there any alternatives? Thanks!

I am a Drupal web consultant and recently have been a project manager for a couple of web and online marketing agencies for the past couple years. I am now looking to make a slight adjustment in my career and focus on becoming a Computer Systems Analyst or DBA someday. In the meantime I feel the best fit for my current skills would be a computer or IT help desk support technician that would help bridge me into my next career. What are the most lucrative IT certifications that I should focus on obtaining?

Can I (who am currently unlicensed) do online marketing for an insurance agent, with my name and phone number, forwarding any inquiries to that agent? Would there be any objections to this? (If relevant, I am in Florida.)
