Let’s say you have your own website and you’re trying to make a video accessible to the people who view the site only after an online timer has gone off. How would you do this?

I need some ideas on how to market an on-line appointment system.

The product allows users to manage multiple appointment books, and includes features such as automatic text reminders (SMS).

At present we have a small, but enthusiastic user base. The product is great value, the problem is how to get the people who need it to look at it!

It is suitable for most businesses where face-to-face appointments are the main business function. E.g. Health-care practitioners (mainstream or alternative), dentists, tutors, coaches, psychologists, …

We have tried some paid advertising in industry-specific magazines, but have not had a lot of success. We also promote via Google AdWords.

One option considered was to try and target the receptionists themselves.

Any idea will be appreciated.

There are so many survey companies on line now. Some are good. Some seem to be a waste of time. When you give up your time to share your opinions and buying habits with a company that pays for this kind of marketing research, you should be compensated in a meaningful way.

I’ve taken hundreds of these kinds of surveys on-line. Some of them pay you a token amount that takes a long time to build up into anything you could actually cash out. But most of them these days seem to be tied to some sweepstakes entry that ends up being nothing but another disappointment.

Have you gotten tired of giving up your time for sweepstakes-related surveys? Have you ever really won one of the sweepstakes? For most people, isn’t this really just a waste of time?

I have a home/online business I try to market on the internet and Yahoo is one of the places I sometimes go. Whenever someone specifically asks if anyone has any good home work opportunities to suggest, I answer and tell them about my business. I am short and to the point. I was reported about half of the time I answered and Yahoo shut down my account when I appealed. Do they have any grounds for this?

I read the community guidelines repeatedly. Can’t you promote your business when someone specifically asked for this information?
Maybe if I leave out the part of it being my business, Yahoo won’t get so upset about the questions being answered.
Advertising doesn’t always cost money. If I provide the answer someone is seeking, I’ve given them something of value. Yes, I benefit too. If it’s against Yahoo policy to tell people about your business, I contend it should also be against Yahoo policy to ask the question!

I’m very good in internet marketing. I’m trying to found a people who want to make a quick/continuous ROI. I’ve been researching for months the best online businesses to buy/invest in. There are tons of site for sale all the time. I could easily double the profits of most of these sites. Many sites are already making 1-10k a month. What I want to start is a network of these sites. They will all be operated by the same company. I’ve already started the process. I would be happy to explain about this to anyone interested. I live in South Georgia. It would be great if I can meet a few people in this area for partners. This is for anyone with money (100usd and up anywhere). If you have always wanted to tap into online money making opportunities; this is the right thing. I do the work. This will make you a lot of money. Me to!!!

So I have a roommate that i know uses my internet while i pay for it in full. I’m not the type of person to confront things to people so I want to know how i can keep him from using my internet for free while i can do it still. I was thinking about putting a password for the internet but i don’t know how. Can anyone help me?

I work from home as a marketing rep for an on line store with over 400 green products we use everyday. I set up accounts for other people to get these items at wholesale 30% less than shopping at your local store. Our store ships direct from the warehouse to the home, and the store pays me for sending them new accounts too. $500-$1000 a month. for 20+ hrs a week.

We are two IM (Internet Marketing) newbies and we know his name. He’s still active online, now with a new and somewhat illegal project. We purchased a $2,500 (each) IM project/service from him and he failed to deliver. We asked him for a refund and he accepted, but kept giving us excuses and asking for delays. Now a year later, he’s completely ignoring us. We suspect that there are at least 16 other victims who purchased the same service. It would be nice to locate them. But mostly, we would like to expose this person. Here is my suggestion: I’d like somebody to help me/us create a website or/and a video with his name in the title. Then I’d like to promote this website/video using free and paying methods. This may not give us our money back, but might prevent him from scamming other people.
Can anybody comment on my thoughts. Could I/we get in legal trouble doing that? If so, we welcome other suggestions. Are you able to create the site for us, please contact me with an offer. Thanks.
