I was looking on-line for jobs and came across this marketing company called Big Open Door, I googled it and they had a website so I looked through it they had an address and phone number. They had a section called careers where you could send in your resume so I did but ever since then I just have a bad feeling about this place, I received a call from them this morning and they left a message saying they received my resume and would like to go over it with me to please call them back. I haven’t yet b/c Im still doing a little research on them because how they advertise their company just seems too good to be true and well when I try to find them on a map online at say google or yahoo, their company does not come up but they have a website stating their address. I also tried to see if any blogs would come up about this company and didn’t find anything. Would you take a look at their website tell me if you think they are legit?
www.BigOpenDoor.com
Im a little anxious about this because I have been scammed before just recently sending in my resume to some fake company that actually called me to sell me stuff since they have all my information, I **** it. So you can see why Im a little apprehensive about this, so Do you think this company is for real and Im just a little paranoid or should I go with my gut feeling?
When I listened to the message the woman stumbled over her words a lot and twice there were gaps of silence almost like she forgot what she was saying so I don’t know if she was preoccupied or what but that made me worry too
I also Just checked out Better Business Bureau for that area and no results were shown for that company…
*If it is not legit how can I go about reporting them?

I have a home/online business I try to market on the internet and Yahoo is one of the places I sometimes go. Whenever someone specifically asks if anyone has any good home work opportunities to suggest, I answer and tell them about my business. I am short and to the point. I was reported about half of the time I answered and Yahoo shut down my account when I appealed. Do they have any grounds for this?
I read the community guidelines repeatedly. Can’t you promote your business when someone specifically asked for this information?
Maybe if I leave out the part of it being my business, Yahoo won’t get so upset about the questions being answered.
Advertising doesn’t always cost money. If I provide the answer someone is seeking, I’ve given them something of value. Yes, I benefit too. If it’s against Yahoo policy to tell people about your business, I contend it should also be against Yahoo policy to ask the question!
Thank you for your tips and information Yahzmin. Sorry I am a little upset.

Forgive me, I’m on a kick today about this… but I HAVE noticed the 1,000s of questions about teen-girls “looks” and the “am I pregnant” Q’s — of course — and the many sexually-charged questions by 11-13 yr olds on here, that go unabated.. and the grown men (and housewives) that tease with Answers & avatars.. the more I think about it, I wonder how the internet & company’s 100% marketing tactics at luring the TEENS online (this one, sure does) actually plays to the acceptance/want, of doing what they know is/was quite wrong.

Recently I saw an ad saying, you can make literally $600 every day by working 1 hr every day from home. The ad was given by DataEntryCompany.com . I am not asking about this one company , but in general do people really make that much money from creating ad’s or through surveys or creating own website. I have a friend who created a website and added few ad’s from google ad’s. He got $0.81 one day and $2.31 other day. From my friend’s example it is evident that we can make money online, but can we really make $600 or above every day.
I have seen that creating a website and joining yahoo marketing thing yields some money. However it has some costs involved.
domain name –$15, webHost — $5 per month, Yahoo marketing $200-300(I think it one time).
They say by doing above and adding ad’s they are making $800 – $ 5000 every day. Is this really true. If not how much they really make(a rough estimate).

I want to open an internet store, and then promote it by giving commissions to online marketers.
Anyone know of an easy way to do this?
Someone suggested using Yahoo for the website, then Google Adsense to promote it, is this the best way?

When I’m not logged onto Messenger, I can still be seen online when I’m checking my mail. I would prefer to be able to work in peace without being seen online at all. Is there a way to block everyone from seeing me when I’m checking or sending email? Thanks.

I have noticed that people who use yahoo answers to market their product are shallow enough to report other people who do the same. The question then is whether there should be a small amount of ethics applied here.
